Incompetent technicians

My neighbors apparently got new service today. The technician disconnected my cable and internet to connect my neighbors. After spending HOURS on the phone, I was told that the technician (or another technician) would not be coming back out the same day to remedy the situation and it would be 24 hours before someone could reconnect my service. Seriously? There should have been a technician sent out the moment I called. I have been less than pleased with Comcast for some time, but this was the icing on the cake.
