In-home Service Visit

When I moved to my new address I had to set up service for Comcast as it was set up for DirectTV. I asked three different customer service representatives at different times if this would cost me anything and all three said, it is free to have a service visit to just set up internet outside. It only costs money if they have to adjust your connection inside or get you connected. The service agent came and he only set up my internet outside, I finished the setup inside myself. Yet I was still charged on my bill!! Can't say I'm surprised, this has happened to me many times before that I was given different information from Comcast customer service people vs. the actual reality of my bill. I need this $60 fee taken off.
