Impossible to understand billing

Can someone explain why Comcast makes their billing and service plans impossible to understand? I'm paying $39 for my "plan" plus $74.50 for "service package" and $14.50 for "blast".  I live alone, one device and have no way of knowing if I'm being hosed.  For me paying over $100/mo for internet service is CRAZY.
