Do I honestly need to hit twitter to embarass Comcast to get billing to answer or contact me? Have tried for the last few days to contact them. My bill shows a charge for a new outlet install, NO NEW OUTLETS were installed, at all. Maybe they will contact me when I deduct that cost from my bill everytime I pay it until they remove it.

I too have tried all weekend to get someone to answer the phones, and they do, but as soon as they answer I get disconnected!! I need to contact and talk to a representative, as I tried the "chat with a rep" feature, and they were not able to help!!
Even with a prewired home on all new installs there is a fee to hook up the equipment. As a courtesy I have credited your account for the new install add'tl outlet fee. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement under the Other Charges and Credits section of your statement.
If you were a new customer i bet their phones would be answer by 2nd ring...Comcast falling back into the wayward ways they promise to correct after comcast was refusing to let customers cancel their bills, changing customers names to vulgar names..From what i can see comcast is returning to their old bad habits.Once you catch comcast in mistake the comcastcares folks here are not home receiving you...I do not get comcast. it's almost likwe the more people we can chase off the better days shall be with us...I assume thats why a new service will cancel comcast for $ 5.00... for you part your comcast models,cable boxes,etc,etc,etc
