I am highly frustrated with this company. I went over my data usage for the first time ever in November and was given a 20$ credit on my bill. Which made my bill 53.58$ I even called in to verify the information was correct. I get my bill due January 29th and its 19.99 more. Saying that its from my overage in November, there should be notes all over my account. This is a mistake that needs to be corrected and the agent is telling me there is no supervisor available at this time.
