I was also charged 15.00 for the kit

I am really getting fed up with these messed up charges, and getting no help what so ever!

I also got charged 15.00 for the kit that I picked up myself and husband did the install.  They said at the X-finity store that there would be no charge!!!!

 

And what about my other complaint about being charged for 5 months of some Kareoke channel that NOONE ordered!  The lady on the phone said "Sorry, we can only credit back 3 months of that.  That is the policy." Really?  So we get stuck with the rest of that and we didnt even order it????  What in the world has happened to Comcast?  I am very upset!
