I just moved and got a service package last September. Bill has gone up 3 times. I want to downgrade to internet only now but need speed for streaming movies and I play a few online games. Only 2 people connect to Wi-Fi yet was told my only option was to pay full price now and it's over $100! Why? I wanted to save money that's barely saving me anything! Customer service told me if I downgrade from double play I have to pay full price now? So much for being new customer? Now stuck in contract for 2 years with price constantly going up, what can I do?
