I could really use some help in lowering my bill. I have been a customer since 1997 I think and currently have internet, cable, telephone and cell service. Overall I am pleased with comcast, but it has just gotten to the point I can't afford the service any more. I've reached out to customer service, but there isn't much help there. I don't want to leave comcast, but I am our of ideas.
I guess no one at Comcast cares that I'm about to switch to another provider. I was told to post here, but no response after several days. Continued disappointment.
