I’m having trouble getting lines ran to my new construction home

I have spoke to numerous Comcast reps on the phone and at a physical location. Im moving to a new construction home and have already received a ticket number and someone closed it out. I’m not understanding the disconnect everyone I talk to says they are emailing someone that we would like to move forward with this. We received a price but haven’t spoke to the person we need to to move forward! So frustrating!
