I have not received my $50 prepaid Visa card.

I signed up for a plan with a $50 Visa promotion. When I asked about the gift card I was given the runaround and told to wait 90 days. After the 90 days passed and I have not received my gift card! What should I do now?

In order to qualify for a Visa Rewards Card the following conditions must be met:
 
  • You must be a new customer
  • You must sign up for a qualifying bundle with no modifications
  • You must make full payment on time for 90 days (no late pays)
 
Please note that this card comes with an expiration date
 
You can check on the status of your card here after the above conditions are met.

Hi. I’m having the same problem. Check your contract agreement under account settings and see if it mentions the card in it. In my case Comcast is claiming that I signed a contract that doesn’t mention the card so they are not required to send it even though the salesman said I was getting it.
