I bought the modem from ebay on Oct 27, 2016. Now Xfinity charged me $90 for unreturned equipment back in Nov, 2017. I told them I bought it from eBay. Please help. Below are the details of the order.
also the xfinity is asking me to accept the approved charge of $11/ month after I moved to a different address which is very frustrating.

Hi ssajja89 -- I can help with this modem issue. I will premise this by saying that we do have issues with modem purchases from eBay. It is common that other customers sell their rental modems to other customers, which they are not authorized to do as they do not own them. I can have your modem reviewed to see if this modem was registered as one of ours or if this was a legitimate purchase where the ownership status of the modem needs to be changed.
