I feel cheated

I started a 2 year in 2015 only thing find out it was renewed without my permission in April 2017 I never call and of course the third party made it so uncomfortable. I'm really hating Comcast right now. I hardly call in even with all the tech issue s scared someone will do me wrong. Turns out I didn't even have to call
