I can't manage my services on the website. It asks me to call a number

Everytime I try to access tthe shop/upgrade on the website link when I am logged in, i have to call a number to get help. I called that number today and they said this happens all the time and we just need to keep calling back. Can someone please advise on next steps?

This is actually a known issue. We're aware there is a problem, and don't have an ETA of when you will be able to make these changes online. In the meantime, I'd be more than happy to review the current offers in your area to see if we have something that would lower your rate.
