I can't find my contract to figure out Early Termination Fee

I can't find my contract to figure out Early Termination Fee

I followed the instructions that I found elsewhere on this site to look at the legal agreements on my account page, and there is nothing there (those documents all relate to my paperless billing).  Where else could I find the information?  (I am 19 months in to a 24 month triple play, and am looking to downgrade to internet only.  The rep on the phone quoted me a cost of $89.99, which is $50 more per month than a competitor.)

I can tell you that there is no ETF for downgrading as long as you keep one service.

 

However, if you drop your bundle, you'll be paying the every day price for internet.  That competitor is probably offering you a promotion, which at the end will also increase.  And, if it's DSL internet it most likely will be slower than what you're getting now.

Hello Jennifer703, Again is right, you would not be charged an ETF if you downgrade, as long as you keep some sort of service.
