I am seeing gradual increases my bill with no reason. I have been a customer since i moved to Elton, 8 years ago. The service I receive deteriorates month by month and have more problems that never get resolved which make my phone account service, TV goes blank or freezes now and then, and the Internet speed fluctuates downward markedly hourly, daily... though i have done all the troubleshooting steps ask of me. I am very disappointed in the company's interaction with me. The TV commercials portraying super caring employees is not my experience in any way. Can anyone help me to lower my bill without losing the little services I am subscribed to? and get my issues corrected. Sincerely, Jody A
