Can I select a date to stop my service?

Good luck with that. I placed a transfer on this past Friday for Sunday, and no one ever showed. Then to top it off, when I called the rep informed me that the cancellation was at 5pm, which made no sense because my appt. was between 3-5pm. I have been receiving the round around from the service center as well as the executive customer relations department, with basically no one wanting to take accountability
