I signed up for Comcast in Oct 17 and immediately signed up for Eco bill and autopay. In Dec I called and they explained the credit should have posted as it was past 60 days and gave me a $10 credit for Oct & Nov. Since then I still do not have autopay credit and have called in Dec, Jan, Feb and now March. I called and asked for the $5 credit x 4 months and was told "they can't just give me a credit on my bill but can offer me HBO" I don't get it... She told me I need to turn it off and turn it back on (autopay and Eco) and then it will work. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm sick of calling each month.
