I CALLED TODAY AND SPOKE TO JOE WITH XFINITY AND REPORTED A FALL INJURY. I AM STILL IN PAIN AND I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME BY 12NOON TODAY TO DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF THE INJURY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY INJURY CLAIM AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FROM THIS POINT FORWARD. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS CABLE CORD ISSUE IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS. I DID RECEIVED WAS AN ESCALATED TICKET (44812561) FOR THE CABLE CORD RESOLUTION HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE INCIDENT CLAIM I WANTED TO FILE WITH XFINITY ABOUT MY INJURY.
