I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T WANT TO KEEP ITS CUSTOMERS

Called Xfinity to get the $89.99 XF Double Play package because its exactly the package that would meet our needs, and was told its only for new customers. I would even sign a contract for it, but they said sorry cant do anything for you. So now I have to cancel my account , and have my wife open one in her name to get the package . What a pain!

Hi flemiti, I looked into this for you on my end and I do show that the DP promotion at that price is for new customers only in your area. If you would like this deal then having your wife sign up for service is the way to go, please let me know if I can assist you further with any of your service questions or concerns.
