Hung up on by supervisor

"Cedrick" a supervisor in tech support hung up on me after refusing to connect me to HIS supervisor. I've been without service at my new place for a week and still no sign of getting it fixed. On top of that, there is a cable drapped across my yard that is a safety issue and nobody seems to care. I've been lied to and hung up on multiple times. I will be calling corporate in the morning
