How to send an email with attached proof documents to Comcast re a billing issue

Can anyone tell me how to send an email to Comcast that has attached proof documents re a billing issue?  Is our only option sending it to the legal department of Comcast at the general headquarters via regular mail?  Thanks.

Re: How to send an email with attached proof documents to Comcast re a billing issue

Hi tmvlk,

That is the best way to get this done, otherwise if you have an open ticket or investigation, myself or my peers may be able to submit this as an attachment for you. In order to determine if this is something I can help you with, and to protect the privacy of your account, do you mind providing more details of your experience in a private message? I will also need to verify your account to make sure I'm speaking with an authorized user since this is billing related.

To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me. In the body of this message please verify your first and last name, the phone number, street address including city state and zip code, and the full account number or phone number associated with your services.
