How to get the drop line diconnected for a day

I have some tree branches overhanging (and touching) the drop line (the line from my house to the pole).

I need to have the drop line disconnected for a few hours, while I trim the branches back.   The Comcast online assistant says Comcast do not do this; they only come to repair damaged lines.

What department (maybe even phone number) do I call to get this done?

Hi MartinFerrier, I can assist you with getting your drop relocated or removed temporarily so your trees can be trimmed. Please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can get started.

I am an Official Comcast Employee.
