How to get in contact with Corporate? I’ve had no internet for 2 months.

I’m very frustrated with Comcast. I’ve tried calling and everytime nothing gets done. The issue is that we haven’t had internet for 2 months!! We think our wire was cut when we got new fencing which is no big deal but Comcast has yet to help. First we called Comcast and they send out someone to come look at our internet and connection. He determined that it probably was a cut line underground that he couldn’t fix himself but he could get in contact with the specialists who dig underground to fix these issues. He said they would get in contact with us within a week to set up an appointment. Well... 2 weeks went by and nothing. Called Comcast AGAIN. They said he never put anything in so they will send someone else out. I’m thinking they are sending the people who can fix the underground cable for us but NOPE, regular Comcast guy tells us the same thing when he arrives. So he claims he puts in another request and gives us a comfirmation number this time. He tells us to wait for the call from the again. Another 2 weeks go by with no call. My husband calls this time around to let them know what’s been happening. I don’t know what the conversation was but they were suppose to schedule the specialist to come out for us but it was going to be another week wait. That day comes and NOBODY SHOWS UP. I am beyond frustrated. I’m refuse to call customer service over the phone just to tell me the same bs just to get me off the phone . How can I get in contact with corporate since nobody else cares to help. I would’ve been canceled but we live on a military base so it’s either Comcast or Fios which I really don’t want to switch to but at this point I have no choice. And I refuse to pay for a service that isn’t working

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread. 

 

FYI: They owe you a $20 credit for every tech visit after the first for the same problem.You can also get a credit for your service from the time you first reported the issue until it is resolved.
