My bill went up after my promo ended. How do I find any current promos for long time existing customers? If I can't get my bill lowered, Centurylink and directv have cheaper rates.
You can't you have to either 1) Call 2) chat or 3) go to an xfinity store. The online feature hasn't worked in over a year and just directs you to a page telling you to call. They haven't fixed it and claim to be "working on it" with no resolution. I have gone back and forth with support for the past year about it and I get a new excuse everytime.
