How to complaint regarding billing and poor customer service?

Is there any complaint line or email address for Xfinity ? or public email to Tom Karinshak I can use? 

 

I have been a client to Xfinity for many years, my bill keeps increasing on monthly basis, I called Customer service to discuss options of reducing it or cancel my service, The CS agent was careless, chewing food or gum while talking to me and offer no serious help ... 

 

When paying $2500 a year of service, you would think it would be better quality and CS, any help to find how to complain before moving to a different provider like Fios or ATT U.

thank you, I am looking forward to someone to explain to me why I am paying:

 

Universal Connectivity Charge 1.05

Regulatory Recovery Fees 0.22

Broadcast TV Fee 7.75

Regional Sports Fee 6.75

Service To Additional TV 5.49 ( even I do not have a second TV) 

Internet/Voice Equipment 11.00

 

and why my bill increases almost $5 a month... 

and why my Bundled moved up from 129 to 149 to 169?

and why Customer services do not care?

These are some general explanations:  

 

Universal Connectivity Charge 1.05

The Universal Connectivity Charge represents a portion of Comcast's contribution to a federal fund that ensures the availability of affordable communications services to low-income and rural customers (as well as eligible schools, libraries and health care providers). 

 

Regulatory Recovery Fees 0.22

Related to voice services.

 

Broadcast TV Fee 7.75

This fee is based upon the fees that local broadcasters charge Comcast to carry their networks. 

 

Regional Sports Fee 6.75

This fee is based upon the fees that regional sports networks charge Comcast to carry their networks. Most TV customers pay this, even if they don't watch sports.

 

Service To Additional TV 5.49 ( even I do not have a second TV) 

I think this is for a digital adapter for a second TV.

 

Internet/Voice Equipment 11.00

Rental fee for your modem.

 

and why my bill increases almost $5 a month... 

Taxes, fee increase probably.

 

and why my Bundled moved up from 129 to 149 to 169?

Again taxes and fees increase, plus some bundles step up in price over time.

amrhalem, I can look into your billing concerns. It sounds like the rate increase from your bundle came from a promotion end. 

The Broadcast and regional sports fees are fees attached to most cable packages. We do not control this fee.
