How long before I'm considered a new customer again?

Good Morning!

So I called and cancelled my service. I see no reason why my bill should go from $50 a month to $110. How long until I am considered a new customer again to sign up for a better deal?

you did not need too cancel  a rep could have found you a better deal

They suggested an Ok deal... a little more expensive than I'm paying now but without TV. I'd rather cancel and get something cheaper in 90 days.
