How do you get a hold of anyone as an existing customer

I've been trying to find any information about deals for existing customers. I tried online chat and all they didn was give me a phone number, and every time I try to call in, I'm put on hold and wait, and inevitable hang up because the only time I can call in is on my lunch break. My contract is ending and I'd rather not switch internet service, but it looks like I have no choice since I can't even get ahold of comcast to talk about it.
