How do I get my early termination fee waived? We moved on government orders.

I was charged an early termination fee of $200 when I cancelled my account on 2/5/18.  The reason for the termination is my family moved on official U.S. government travel orders.  How do I get the fee waived?

You will have to take your orders to a Comcast store and have them reverse the charge.

Hello afpoe, the information Again provided is correct. You would need to take the orders into your local XFINITY store.
