I have had a problem with my account since mid December, but it is impossible to find somewhere to email a detailed synopsis of the problem. Does such a thing exist? Or are forced to talk to agents on the phone for hours on end?
Thanks Barbie123, I suspected as much. So much for communicating with someone in a Leadership position that actually can truly fix an unhappy customer's problem.
