Horrible customer service

So far I’ve had hours wasted on the phone. I’ve been lied to by both service representatives and supervisors. I now have contacted the FCC and I’m moving on to BBB and the Franchise board. This company only treats non customers with dignity a long time customer is already in their grasp and has no value to them. If anyone has any additional advice to deal with a company that ignores its customers please comment.
