Horrible CSR attitudes

Wow! I am blown away with how incredibly rude your csrs were today. I actually hung up on one, called back was was treated just a rudely by the next. Both said they were in SE Asia. Were refused managers, customer retention and cancellation department when asked for in both times.
Trying to make changes to services since I have moved. Long time customer, never late payment; I was considering upgrading but now am planning on going to another provider. Looks like im going to my local comcast office instead.
