Hello, i was hoping for some assistance getting my bill back to where it was before the beginning of the year. I've spoken with the Customer Solutions Department but the only offer they have is to reduce my package and have my price still go up. I scheduled a date to end my service. I've been a comcast customer for 15 years, and really would prefer to keep my services, but cannot justify paying double what i can move to dish/direct TV for.
Any help is appreciated.
