Home security loyalty number

Hello,

 

I called over the weekend and was supposed to be transferred to home security loyalty, bu the call was disconnected.  I called back and the automated system wasn't working either.  Can I deal directly with a service representative here?  This is getting really aggravating.  Thank you.
