We are existing customers and noticed that our subscription price has spiked up to $200 after our 2 year agreement ended.
We were looking into adding home security through Xfinity but the price of our subscription plus the home security seems way too high so we were considering alternative providers.
We saw online a triple play deal but weren't sure if that would apply to existing customers. We are trying to decide if we are able to find a suitable deal through xfinity or if we should seek alternate providers to fit in our monthly budget.
I would call them if your two-year agreement ended. I bet they would love to get you into a new two-year agreement.
