I am a loyal customer and have 2 lines for xfinity mobile as well. My bill is always paid but as a single mother I recently had to have emergency surgery that set me back 2 months on my bill. I would like to know how to get my service if I promise to pay in full by Monday? Please help I really need some grace right now.
