Anyone know how to contact the customer solutions Department in Harrisburg? I am one month and over eight hours on the phone with Comcast trying to get my $2079 dollars refunded. The supervisor promised to call back by Friday and if not I should call today and ask for her after one hour on the phone today they tell me they can't transfer me. This is systematic customer abuse
