Held hostage

I never watch tv yet I pay a Comcast $139 per month. I called customer service in October to downgrade/cancel services I was told that I would have an early termination fee of over $400 because I have a bundled package that includes security and that I committed to a 2yr agreement. I don’t think I actually signed up for those terms. I don’t want to pay for services that I’m not using, but do need internet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Held hostage

The private message won’t send. Here is my info

Sure. I really don’t want cable, home security, and phone. It’s a bunch of stuff that I’m getting charged for that I’m not using.
Here is my info.
