Haven't received my Starter Kit for prepaid.

I ordered my xfinity prepaid starter kit 02-23, I accidentally activated my service already, but I haven't received my kit and I never received a tracking number for it either. I'm also getting the free trial of tv services which would be great if I had received my starter kit so I don't have to let my toddler try to watch her shows on my phone without clicking random buttons the entire time. When can I expect my starter kit to actually be sent to me? At this rate I would've just went to a retailer and picked one up.
