Hard pull TWICE?!

Recently I checked my creadit report and found out Comcast hard pull twice on Equifax when I applied the service. But, for what reason needs hard pull twice??

Hello jeffyen. There should not have been the need for two consecutive credit inquiries performed to your credit report. I can help submit a credit inquiry dispute ticket to our credit reporting group, for your second inquiry. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
