Harassment from Comcast customer service rep

After a long period of service problems, I called Comcast regarding two billing inaccuracies and I was harassed by a customer service rep. He knew that I was going to survey him and after he was rude and unhelpful on our call, he called my phone back 53 times and left 19 voicemails on my phone. Comcast, this is serious. This guy has my name, address, and phone number. What will you do about it?
