Harassed: Payment Deducted, no Service: Been a Month

Hi,

I paid for Xfinity internet service in last week of September'2017. After 5 Xfinity visits, my wifi is still not installed.

I am a college student and it's impossible me to function without wifi. My assignment and my studies are suffering. I missed my classes for 5 days in a month for accommodating Xfinity customer service. In one of the service, noone turned up.

I feel cheated and I don't like to sit around in lobby of my apartment, trying to sneak in wifi at Midnight. Wish Xfinity would have been quick in their service as they were in charing me for the existing service.
