HELP! I Can't Get A Response Regarding Signing up for Existing Customer Promotion

Hi,

 

I've been trying to sign up for a plan that a customer service rep offered me on this site.  I keep sending PMs but have not gotten a response.  My previous contract is expiring soon, so I would like to take of this ASAP.  Can someone please help me?!

 

I would like to sign up for the new promotion for $64.99 for 12 months.

  • Internet Plus Basic for $49.99 per month for 12 months.
  • Performance Pro for $15.00 per month (this is built into the promotion).
  • X1 SD box for $0.00 per month for 12 months.
  • Modem rental $11.00 (Since you own your modem there is no charge).
  • HBO free for 12 months.

@Leo8 Please don't start multiple threads about your issue.  It's against Forum Guidelines.  I will alert @ComcastShane about his non-response.
