Trying to activate our High Def on out Xfinity package. The prompt on the TV says to go to Shop/Upgrade, but there is no path to the HD upgrade. Please show me how to activate the HD settings on my account.
call 800-Comcast and select billing. they will verify you, and verify you authorize the new feature/charge.
