HD

Why do we have pay for  HD when its free. Verizon does not charge for it. I can not see paying $20 extra just to have it. 10$ for box and another 10$ form HD. Thats what I was told.

Hi, Cedunmire - While we continue to experience increased programming and operating costs, we worked hard to minimize the impact of price and fee increases by enhancing the value of our programming, as well as by investing in our next-generation technology. This includes advances such as faster Internet speeds, more multi-platform content (XFINITY On Demand, tv.xfinity.com, etc.), our collection of XFINITY mobile apps and XFINITY on the X1 Entertainment Operating System.
