HD PREFERRED PLUS XF
Just received my bill and see that my bill has increased.
I would like to know what I need to do to lower my monthly bill, I am impressed with the service and do not want to change service providers.
I have a hard time justifing paying over $200 a month for my service.
I apologize for any inconvenience. You are currently in the best promotion for your level of service. To lower your bill any further, you would have to consider downgrading. If you would like to either lower the level of TV service you get or eliminate a line of business, like phone or internet, please send me a private message detailing what you would like to do.
