HD CHANNELS

hI,

EVER SINCE I MY ROUTER WAS REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS OLD I AM NOT GETTING ANY HD CHANNELS BUT PAYING FOR THEM. TRYING TO GET A LIVE PERSON IS A JOKE, THIS SEEMS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO.
