HBO Go and Website

I am unable to login to HBO Go or the HBO website even though HBO is included in my package. No matter what I do it keeps directing me to a page to add on channels. I’ve called support twice. They were suppose to research the issue and call me back. It’s been a few weeks and I’ve heard nothing.

Hello JustinW28, I can assist you with getting this issue taken care of. Do you get an error message when trying to sign in? Have you tried streaming from our website or from our Xfinity Stream app? Please send me a private message verifying following information:


-First and last name of the account holder

-Primary phone number on the account

-The street address associated with your services

-Full account number

I am having the same issue as the original poster, every time I try to activate my HBOGO on my devices I get sent to the xfinity page, but can't stay signed in to go back to the HBO site to sign in there
