Getting service

I have been trying to get comcast service. They keep telling me I can't because of a previous bill someone owes at this address. They have a freeze on my address. I called the last time and got the freeze took off set up the installation appointment and then they called the morning of the installation appointment and said they couldn't give me service. She said if I move I can get service in my name this doesn't make any sense to me. I asked her why was I being punished for someone else's bill

Re: Getting service

Take your lease to your local office and they can set you up with new service.
