Getting Cable to a House Without Service

Howdy! I am currently in the process of purchasing a house. One prospect that I am currently looking at currently does not have service with Comcast based on the address checker tool. However, all the other houses on the street that are literally 500ft away are serviceable. How can I go about contacting someone to see what my options are to get Comcast service at this location?
