Have had issue with regard to service call billing. Have talked to numerous customer service reps where appeard issue resolved. The last one was a Brian. His ID# is BMCCRA760. I'm trying to get in touch with that particular individual. Is there anyway to get to him? Keep getting run around and latest contact appears to directly contradict what Brian told me.
